Hello Beelink Support,
I am in Korea.
I purchased a Beelink SER9 HX370 today from a Korean open-market seller.I had wanted to buy the SER9 HX370 for a long time, and Beelink was like a dream brand to me. I was very happy to finally buy this product, but unfortunately I could not even use the computer for one hour.
Product information:Model: Beelink SER9 HX370 / Ryzen AI 9 HX 370Serial Number: BHX376DF90250Original BIOS: SER9T407Downgraded BIOS: SER9T401
I downgraded the BIOS from SER9T407 to SER9T401.The BIOS flashing process completed 100% successfully and asked me to reboot. After I selected reboot, the mini PC became bricked.
Current symptoms:
Power turns on
Fan spins
No display
No Beelink logo
No BIOS screen
USB recovery does not work
CMOS reset did not help
Removing the SSD did not help
I already have the SER9T408 BIOS/ROM firmware package. However, I am not sure whether this file is a full SPI ROM image for external programmer flashing, or only an EFI update package.
Please tell me how I can recover this device.
If recovery is possible with a CH341A/CH347 BIOS programmer, please provide:
The exact BIOS/SPI ROM chip location on the SER9 HX370 motherboard
The BIOS chip marking or part number
Whether it can be flashed with a clip without desoldering
Whether a 1.8V adapter is required
The correct SER9T407 or SER9T408 full SPI ROM file for external programmer flashing
Clear recovery instructions
If it cannot be repaired by external ROM flashing, please tell me how I can get repair or RMA service from Korea.
Since I purchased this product today and used it for less than one hour, please help me urgently.
Thank you.
