I have an SER5 5700 with BIOS version SER5H508 2023-12-12. The system has intermittent instability including browser process crashes, occasional hard freezes, and spontaneous reboots despite passing multiple memtest86+ passes, normal temperatures, and a healthy SSD. I was considering trying a BIOS update.
Can you confirm which BIOS package is correct for this system, and whether any of the newer BIOS versions address system stability or random reboot issues?
