EX Mate Pro Dock disconnect on sleep

I have some SSDs installed in an EX Mate Pro Dock connect to the thunderbolt port of my Mac Studio. However every time I wake up the machine from sleep seeing the “disk not ejected properly” error and the disk is ejected from the machine. The only way to bring it back is power on/off the dock. Would appreciate any help.

Disable system hard drive hibernation: Open Terminal and execute sudo pmset -a disksleep 0 to prevent the system from sending suspend commands to the hard drive, causing wake-up failures.
Reset power management settings: Restart Mac Studio (Apple chip models do not require a separate SMC reset), try deleting the sleep image using sudo rm /var/vm/sleepimage, and then restart.
Turn off power saving options: Go to “System Settings” > “Power Saving” (or “Battery”), and uncheck “Put the hard drive to sleep to save energy”.
Try connecting via a different Thunderbolt port.
