Hi, I am an owner of a Beelink SER6 mini PC (Model Tier: 19V == 5.26A). Recently, the system began shutting down instantly under gaming loads. Upon inspection, I discovered a serious hardware failure: the DC input barrel jack has physically melted and cracked its plastic frame.
Furthermore, the extreme heat traveled down the line and scorched the insulation of the internal white wire power lead.
Fortunately, I have opened the unit and confirmed that the internal motherboard, RAM, and SSD are completely pristine and untouched. The damage is entirely confined to the modular DC input jack wire harness and the external power brick.
Since the motherboard is fine, Is it possible if i can still fix this issue? And would you recommend any place that works well with this kind of issue?
Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
