SER8 AMD 8745HS 32GB/1TB freezes

Hello,
my two SER8 (bought together) have started to freeze regularly since appr. six weeks ago.
The one does not even start Windows, the other does but freezes after a short time.
There are several BIOSs, drivers and so on in your support area; which ones are stable? I have also read that there seem to be issues with a certain adrenaline driver version - is that so and which version is stable?
My BIOS version is 5.29, adrenaline is 26.5.2.
Are there other things I should check? The fact that both devices started freezing at nearly the same time seems to hint to an update related issue.

Could you please send us two picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machines?

The problem you encountered stems from incompatibility between the latest AMD chipset and graphics drivers and our device.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

The latest BIOS version of SER8 is V035.P8C0M0C15.16. Currently, this BIOS version can solve the compatibility issue with AMD drivers.
