Mayo We’re pleased you’ve chosen the SER9 Max (Ryzen AI 7 H350) model. Let us first explain the complete compatibility of this device with Bazzite Linux:
Native Compatibility: This H350 platform SER9 Max has excellent compatibility with Bazzite Linux. The network card, WiFi 6, integrated graphics, USB 4, and multi-monitor output hardware are all recognized correctly, with no serious hardware compatibility issues.
BIOS Version Recommendation: The pre-installed BIOS has already optimized Linux-related low-level settings, so there’s no need to flash a new BIOS version beforehand. Upgrading to the latest official BIOS firmware is only necessary if you experience issues such as abnormal integrated graphics frame rates, USB device disconnections, or sleep/wake failures.
Pre-installation optimization steps (pre-configuration can avoid most Linux problems):
① Press Del to enter BIOS during startup, switch to the Security tab, and temporarily disable Secure Boot;
② In Advanced → AMD CBS, keep the default power management configuration; no need to modify power limits;
③ When installing the Bazzite system, prioritize using the DP/HDMI video interface to avoid recognition delays when using USB4 external displays.
