EQ12-N305 Black Screen

Hi Good morning, my EQ12-N305 suddenly shut down yesterday morning and was not able to boot up again (black screen). I try to put both RAM and M2 into another EQ12-N100 which proved that both can boot up to windows. Is that mean Bios crash or mother board dead?

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC . Here are some potential solutions:

First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of “CLR CMOS” with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save. 1.Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

2.Please check if the fan spins?

3.Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.

Have followed to the video instruction but still no boot. The indicator light is keeping light on that no matter I press the power button for a long time. The N305 can only power off by unpluging the +12V power line.

(1) The HDMI cable and power supply can power up another EQ12-N100. (2) The fan of EQ12-N305 is able to spin while power up.
