SER6-P Freezing error

SER 6-P keeps freezing from 1-5 minutes of use. One time I am into the BIOS and it freeze but most of the time when I am already at the windows environment. Fan is working, turbo fan is working. I already replace the SSD with new one and install a fresh Windows OS. Already swap each RAM may be one is having issue but still the same.

Could you please send us a picture of the entire bottom of machine ?

Here are some potential solutions：

1、Please change another power supply.

2、Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.
