Hello,
I own a Beelink U55 mini PC and I need to enable the “auto power-on after AC power loss” function, so the machine turns on automatically when power is restored after an outage. I use it as an always-on server (Proxmox), so this feature is essential for me.
I have already tried everything available in the current BIOS:
• Chipset > “Restore AC Power Loss” is set to [Power On]
• “GP27 Wake From DeepSx” and “PCIE Wake From DeepSx” are set to [Disabled]
• Settings saved with F4 > Yes
Despite this, the PC does NOT power on by itself when I unplug and replug the power supply (tested with the machine running, waiting 20+ seconds before reconnecting).
I understand that for the U-series a dedicated “ON” BIOS is required to actually enable this function (as documented for the U59 model). Could you please:
1. Confirm whether a BIOS with working auto power-on is available for the U55, and
2. Send me the correct BIOS file and flashing instructions for my unit.
My unit details:
• Model: U55
• Full model code: U55-A-8256UD0W64RPO
• Serial Number (SN): 5005UQIG90163
• Current BIOS: American Megatrends Aptio, version 2.18.1263 (2019)
• CPU: Intel Core i3-5005U
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards
Vincenzo
