Im trying to buy an official ser beelink mini pc, but it says "pre order"

As the title says, on the mini pc it says “pre order” does the “pre order” affect shipping times in a way that it would take multiple months to arrive to EU adress?
I have tried sending an email to beelink, but no response from them

The website indicates that the pre-sold machines can generally be dispatched within 35 days. If the deadline is exceeded, our staff will notify the customers.

Could you please tell me what model and specifications of the machine you need to purchase?

And may I ask what is the email address of the Beelink account you used to send the email? We can check to see if we have received your email.

Erv Not multiple months. As @Beelink CS-June mentioned, if shipment is delayed, Beelink will inform you. Mine (SER9 Pro AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 370) was also preorder, it was shipped after 13 days from EU (product shipped to Europe are sent from european warehouse, if I remember well, mine was shipped from Germany) and delivered few days later.
