Hello, I recently purchased a Beelink SER9 (equipped with AMD Ryzen 7 255 / Radeon 780M). Unfortunately, I am experiencing frequent random freezing and crashes. It has happened 4 times in just one week.
Symptoms:
The system crashes completely at random, even during light tasks or while idle on the desktop.
The monitor completely loses signal (black screen) and the keyboard/mouse LEDs turn off.
However, the main power LED on the Mini PC remains turned ON.
Windows Event Viewer registers this critical error as Kernel-Power Event ID 41 (BugcheckCode 0).
Troubleshooting already done:
Checked all system temperatures (thermals are perfectly fine).Ran sfc /scannow and Windows Memory Diagnostic (no errors found).
Turned off Windows Fast Startup.
Plugged the power supply directly into the wall outlet (no extensions or power strips used).
I noticed other users on the forum have faced identical issues with random restarts and power delivery instabilities. Could you please check if there is a new BIOS update available for my specific unit to address this issue?
I have attached a picture of the SN code sticker from the bottom of my machine, as well as a screenshot of my current system specifications. Thank you for your support.
