Hello, please try the solutions below to adjust your fan speed:
BIOS Fan Speed Adjustment
- Press Del to enter BIOS → Advanced → Find Smart Fan Function / FAN Configuration / Hardware Monitor
- Typical options for AMI Aptio N5105 platform:
- Smart Fan Mode → Auto (ensure it is not set to Full Speed)
- Fan Start PWM → Set to 30-40 (default value over 60 causes full-speed operation)
- PWM Slope → Set to 2-4
- Fan Full Speed Temp → Set to 90°C or higher
- Press F10 to save and exit. You can check fan speed changes under Advanced → PC Health Status.
