SER8 8745HS Constant Crashing/ Locking Up

My SER8 AMD Ryzen 7 8745HS has just started to constantly crash. It will boot, run for a few minutes, lock up and crash.
Is this a known problem ? If not please advice as to what to do. After it reboots I get a ‘crash message box’ that I’ve attached to this message.

The problem you encountered stems from incompatibility between the latest AMD chipset and graphics drivers and our device.

I’m not that familiar with this process, please explain the instructional PDF you sent…

where/how do I disable secure boot ?
please explain fs3: it says I can type fs0: - fs4: how do I determine which to type ?
it says press ESC in 4 seconds to skip startup.nsh or any other key to continue. what does this mean ?
type dir or 1s… press enter to locate files. what does this mean ? why would I need to do this ?
type FLASH press tab then ENTER. What does this do ?

And any other info I might need. Sorry but I found the directions very ambiguous.
Is there a video available that might explain this a little further ??

Hello there,

Here are the steps to disable Secure Boot: ① Repeatedly press the Delete key immediately after turning on the PC to enter the BIOS.

② Navigate to the Security page. Select Secure Boot and set it to “Disabled,” change the Secure Boot mode to “Custom,” and press F4 to save.

Please try typing “fs3:” at step 5.
The prompt “press ESC in 4 seconds to skip startup.nsh or any other key” may not necessarily appear during your BIOS update process; it is provided here only for reference.
Typing dir or ls and pressing Enter is done to locate the specific BIOS file on your USB drive within the update interface.
Typing FLASH, pressing the Tab key, and then pressing Enter is the command used to actually initiate the BIOS update.

We apologize, but we do not currently have a video tutorial for the BIOS update process.

The SER8 BIOS file we sent you may support an automatic flash process; we recommend preparing the USB drive first and then attempting to start the BIOS update.
