SER9 Pro (HX 370) BIOS

I am writing to report a technical issue with my SER9 Pro (HX 370) after updating the BIOS from version v103 to version v227.

Since the update, the power LED turns off completely in sleep mode instead of blinking, and it fails to illuminate after the system wakes up. I attempted to roll back to the previous BIOS version, but the process failed with a “Problem erasing flash” error.

Please provide the following assistance:

A new BIOS file that resolves the sleep mode LED issue, or a stable firmware file with a guide for a safe rollback.
Instructions to resolve the “Problem erasing flash” error during BIOS installation.

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

Could you please take a picture of the BIOS main screen of your machine for us to see?

Could you please provide the screenshot of the error message that occurred on your machine when you were attempting to roll back to version V103? Then we can help you better.

Thank you very much. The problem is now resolved.
First, I believe I installed the wrong BIOS version on my PC.
Is there an updated BIOS version suitable for my system?
Additionally, would there be any compatibility issues if I upgrade to a Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7 network card?
