Ser9 Ai 9 HX 370 64GB, front USBC having issues recognizing external drive

Ser9 Ai 9 HX 370 64GB, front USBC having issues recognizing external drive and hangs computer until I unplug it. Plugging in the back usbc works fine. This happens with two diff enclosure, and seems like certain usbc cables speeds may be a factor, not sure. Is this a driver issue with the front pcb? Have you seen this before?

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

You can try to clear CMOS : Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

That chipset .exe installer hangs, but I already downloaded the chipset AMD software installer from AMD with the latest updates even before the issue was noticed. But it seems to be recognizing my external drive now with the usbc front port so we’ll stop here for now unless it happens again.
