Hello there,

Regarding the “PCI” driver error, it is recommended that you try updating the chipset driver.

Regarding “Unknown device”, could you please tell me if the USB interface of your machine is also connected to any other devices besides the mouse and keyboard?

Thank you, and apologies for taking so long to reply.
The only USB device is a HP keyboard and mouse wireless dongle.
The current current chipset driver was auto installed by windows and has a 2025 date, where as the driver date in the files you provided is earlier than that date. Should I still go ahead?
