Unable to update BIOS on my SER5 Pro

Following the steps located on Beelink’s website Here, I get an error message stating “Error: Failed to load image into memory.”

Here is my current BIOS version.

I also tried different BIOS’s on the website for the SER5 Pro, but all of them returned the same error when flashing.
What BIOS version should I download in order for it to flash correctly?

Could you please take a photo of the complete page that appears when updating the BIOS and send it to us?

The page you provided earlier seems to have some command lines obscured.

May I ask if you have placed the BIOS file in the root directory of the USB drive?

Please try removing the “/capsule” option after “flash.nsh” in the command. That is, please use the command “AfuEfix64.efi SERAL302.bin /p /b /n /x /l /r” to update the BIOS.

I cannot delete it. When entering “flash.nsh AfuEfix64.efi SERAL302.bin /p /b /n /x /l /r”, it will automatically put the “/capsule” in the executed command.

Could you please tell me if you have ever tried re-downloading and re-activating the BIOS file, and if so, did it solve the same problem?

Perhaps you could consider sending the machine back to China for testing?

During the BIOS update process, when the machine displays a warning message page, please select “Press E” and continue with the BIOS update.
