Audio issue with SER9 H255

The audio is not working thru the build in speaker, only thru bluetooth or wired headset.

SN: B255H6FF30065

Tried to update all drivers from https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER%2FSER9-H255
Run a linux distro
Windows update
Remove all devices from device manager and install them all again but nothing worked.

Does it indeed have build in speaker?
