BER5 5800H max memory 32GB & 512GB
While watching YouTube using Chrome or Microsoft Edge, if I open Excel or another application, memory usage suddenly increases to around 90-95%, causing the system to hang or become unresponsive.
At that time, Task Manager shows that the committed memory usage is also extremely high.
To rule out a software issue, I formatted the PC and performed a clean installation of Windows 11, but the same problem still occurs.
Could you please help determine whether this is related to a BIOS issue, or if I need to install a proper graphics driver? Any guidance on troubleshooting this problem would be greatly appreciated.
