Hi everyone and Beelink Support Team,
I am experiencing a critical hardware and firmware-level failure on my Beelink SER9 after updating to the V227 BIOS version. The update has broken both the system audio routing and the hardware monitoring bus. I urgently need an official solution, a customized fixed BIOS, or a reliable method to force a rollback.

Issue 1: Total Audio Input/Microphone Failure
After upgrading to V227, all audio input devices on my system completely stopped capturing sound. This includes:
The built-in onboard AI noise-canceling microphone array.
Independent external USB microphones.
The integrated microphone on my USB webcam.
Observations: In Windows Device Manager, all drivers appear completely normal with no yellow exclamation marks or errors. The AMD Audio CoProcessor and USB controllers show up as “Working Properly,” but there is absolutely zero audio signal or waveform being captured.
What I Tried: I completely wiped and clean-installed the official AMD Chipset Drivers (including GPIO, I2C, and ACP components) as well as the Realtek drivers. The lockup persists, indicating a deep ACPI/DMA resource misallocation on the V227 firmware level.
Issue 2: Fan Locked at 100% Full Speed After Clear CMOS
To try and reset the hardware registry, I performed a full Clear CMOS. Not only did it fail to fix the microphone issue, but it triggered a severe new symptom:
The system cooling fan is now permanently locked at 100% full speed, making a massive roar.
It appears that the V227 BIOS has completely broken the Hardware Monitoring / EC (Embedded Controller) bus. The system can no longer read the CPU temperature curves, forcing the fan into a permanent failsafe state.
What I Need Help With:
Since standard Windows/UEFI rolling back is blocked due to the V227 AGESA microcode lock (and the official support team mentioned rollback is not supported), could the engineering team please provide:
A verified deployment package or specific tool to force a flash rollback to the stable V103 BIOS for my specific S/N batch (CHX375)?
A fixed/modified version of the BIOS that addresses this critical ACPI audio routing and EC fan curve bug?
