Hello,

I have a Mini PC from your company. Unfortunately, all the stickers and labels have been removed, so I am unable to determine the exact model.

The computer has a corrupted BIOS, and the only information I have is the serial number:

Y69004FG10262

Could you please advise me which BIOS version/file I should download for this device?

Alternatively, would it be possible for you to provide me with a BIOS file that already contains the original serial number and other device-specific information?

My PC freezes immediately after turning it on, stuck on this screen. The keyboard doesn’t respond at all, and the time doesn’t change, so the system is completely frozen.

Your machine’s BIOS version is the lastest.

Next,please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not.
When testing, please turn on the PC, and wait about one minute, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS.
Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Beelink CS-June The RAM has been replaced, but the issue remains unchanged. After powering on, the computer immediately enters the BIOS and then freezes completely. I cannot change any settings or navigate anywhere in the BIOS.

I have checked all USB devices, but this does not seem to be the cause, as the BIOS itself appears to be completely frozen – even the clock does not advance.

Am I correct in understanding that it is normal for the BIOS to have no serial numbers (system serial number, motherboard serial number, etc.) stored in it?

Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option. Please also send us a picture of the page of Safe&Exit.

Could you please tell me if you have a spare SSD?

We suggest that you try replacing the SSD to see if it can solve the problem.

Normally, the BIOS main page of the machine should display the machine’s serial number.

Beelink CS-June As I mentioned earlier, my PC freezes immediately after turning it on and gets stuck on this screen. The keyboard does not respond at all, and the time does not change, so the BIOS is completely frozen.

I am also unable to boot Windows because the BIOS starts immediately after powering on the computer. The same issue occurs both with and without the drive installed.

Could you please provide me with a working .BIN BIOS file that I can flash directly to the BIOS memory chip? I am fully aware of all the risks associated with directly programming the BIOS chip and I accept responsibility for them.
