SER9 PRO problem after updaye BIOS

Hello, support team!
Updated the Bios to SER9 PRO

The update was successful, and the system requested a reboot. After restarting, the power button is on, and the fan is turning. There are no images on both the Display and HDMI ports, and the keyboard and mouse are inactive.

Could you please tell me the original BIOS version of your machine and also what BIOS version you attempted to update on the machine? Then we can help you better.

Hello!
I don’t know the BIOS version before the update, as I didn’t save it. The PC was purchased in early 2025.
I downloaded the latest BIOS version I could find to update to.

It seems I made a mistake in choosing the version. Is there any way to revert to the factory settings?

If a machine becomes brick after updating the BIOS, it usually needs to be sent back for repair or replaced with a new one.
