GTi14 Ultra 185H (I can send the label photo and serial number if required).
It worked normally until this week.
The machine froze while entering hibernation and never completed it. After about five minutes with no progress I had to power it off with the button. It has not booted since.
Now it power-cycles every 15-20 seconds: fans start, then everything shuts down and starts again, over and over. No video signal on any port. The USB keyboard and mouse get no power at all — they never light up even once. It never reaches POST. It also powers on by itself as soon as AC is connected, even when the last shutdown was a forced power-button hold.
Already tried: one RAM stick at a time and both slots swapped, contacts cleaned, both SSDs removed, CMOS reset with the pinhole, fully unplugged from mains for over an hour, nothing attached, no dock. The input voltage measures a steady 19 V under load, so the power supply is fine. Nothing changed the behaviour.
Any suggestions?
