I see this already has some discussions over but I can’t fix it!

I have Beelink Ser 6 Pro, accidentally wiped Windows while trying Linux, trying to reinstall Windows and get screen saying don’t have drivers to find hardware. I have tried downloading drivers onto usb and still not working. The windows installer burned to usb A can’t find the driver, says error scanning drivers or no drivers found when I click into the folders on usb B where I have downloaded drivers.

Please help. Thanks

This usually happens when the Windows installer can’t see your SSD because the required storage controller driver isn’t loaded, or the installation USB was created incorrectly. Try recreating the Windows installation USB using Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool, check your BIOS settings for storage mode (AHCI/RAID), and make sure you’re using the correct storage drivers extracted from the Beelink support package rather than pointing the installer at ZIP files. If the drive still isn’t detected, resetting BIOS settings to defaults can also help resolve the issue.

monika532lara thanks for the reply. I have used several different ways of creating the boot usb drive and all come up with the same message. Can you give me a link to the driver, and can you tell me the name of the exact folder / driver within this so I can check unzipped and pointing it at the right thing. Thanks

Hi Patraigcurry, I had a similar issue when doing a clean Windows install on a SER-series machine. One thing I’d check is whether the USB installer itself was created correctly; there’s a Beelink thread where recreating the bootable USB fixed the installer not recognizing the driver files.

Also, since yours is specifically a SER 6 Pro, do you know the exact CPU/SN (for example, 7735HS)? Beelink provides different driver packages depending on the exact model, so I’d avoid loading a generic driver package.

Patraigcurry The root cause here is you are using the Intel rapid‑storage driver package, which only works for Intel‑based models. Your SER 6 Pro is an AMD platform, so that Intel driver cannot be recognized by Windows installer.

Please send us a photo of the SN code（two lines） at the bottom of the machine.I will send you the corresponding driver after confirming the specific model of your device.

After you unzip the whole zip file, point Windows installer to the root extracted folder (do NOT pick a sub‑folder).

Additional suggestions you may try:

Enter BIOS, load BIOS default settings, save and exit.
When creating Windows installation USB, use Microsoft Media Creation Tool, Ventoy sometimes brings compatibility issue during driver‑loading phase for our AMD mini‑PC.
Make sure your Windows ISO image is official Microsoft release.
