Hello @Beelink CS-Sylvia , thank you for following up on this.
Yes I am certain the BIOS update was successful. The following command confirms I am on MINISF007:
$ cat /sys/class/dmi/id/{bios_version,bios_date}
MINISF007
05/22/2026
Investigating, I found out PL4 is flagged while being throttled at 750 MHz, which is surprising as MINISF001 raised the limit to 78W for PL4, while my GPU actually shows 5-6W when used at most while PL4 is flagging.
While running a hardware transcode, frequency limited to 750 MHz and PL4 flagging:
$ cat /sys/class/drm/card1/gt/gt0/{rps_act_freq_mhz,throttle_reason_pl4}
750

I’ve experimented with a lot of settings using AI as my knowledge beyond PL flags is limited, here is a summary from the tests and where that leaves me:
Beelink Mini S13 (N150): iGPU capped at 750 MHz by the BIOS — investigation summary
On MINISF003 and MINISF007 the N150’s iGPU never exceeds 750 MHz under load (driver requests 1000, hardware delivers 750, only the “PL4” throttle reason set), even though the N150 is rated at 1.0 GHz and the firmware reports 1000 MHz as the max. 750 MHz is exactly the N100’s GPU clock.
I excluded everything reachable from the BIOS or the OS: load level (same cap at 0.46 W GPU draw), PL4 at 0/45/60/78 W, GT rail current limit raised from the applied 26 A to 29 A (readback confirmed), VCCIN_AUX 27→40 A, Cdynmax clamping, and both microcode revisions (ROM 0×1A vs OS 0×21). Decoding the full setup NVRAM against the MINISF007 forms shows every power/GT limiter at Intel’s reference defaults, so nothing is misconfigured on the user side.
The 26 A applied to the GPU rail is Intel’s N100 value; Intel’s own 2026 tables give 29 A for every 24 EU GPU running at 1.0 GHz. The N150 shares the N100’s host-bridge ID and CPUID, so the FSP’s per-SKU lookup hands it N100 budgets, and PCODE then refuses 1000 MHz regardless of settings. This is OS-independent (Windows clamps identically at stock settings). The BIOS embeds a Twin Lake FSP one revision behind Intel’s public 2026 releases and a microcode from March 2024, pre-dating the N150.
Ask to Beelink: rebuild on Intel’s current Twin Lake FSP with correct N150 VR/EDP defaults and a current microcode, and share the BIOS/FSP/microcode versions of any unit claimed to run 1000 MHz.
In addition to the above, would you be able to share how I could test in the same conditions as the technicians to make sure I can reach the 1000 MHz. Considering PL4 is flagging, I’d expect the technicians to face the same issue regardless of the OS.
Thank you.
