How do i fix my speaker audio on the SER 9 AI HX 370?

Hello,

I recently was downloading the latest windows update, and while the PC was updating i accidentally left my wired earphones plugged in. Now my speakers dont work saying no audio device is installed, however my earphones work just fine.

I have checked the device manager for any issues, and can’t find the Realtek Audio Device under the Sound, video, and game controllers section.

The only devices I have under it are the following:

I have restarted all of these devices to no avail, even rolled back the update to my previous version.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Just an Update,

My speakers work fine after I deleted the Senary Audio device from the screenshot above. I now have these devices in my Sound, video and game controllers section

Its been replaced with high Definition Audio Device. I’m still not sure about this fix however, my guess would be that the latest windows update corrupted the senary audio device.

NOTE!!!
By the way, to uninstall the Senary Audio Device I downloaded the list of drivers from https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER%2FDriver . Then went into Audio Drivers and ran the Senary Audio Installer. It gives you the option to uninstall.

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

If your machine is currently functioning properly, even if the Device Manager shows the speaker as “High Definition Audio Device”, it should not be a problem.

You can try to clear CMOS : Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds.

Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
