Hey Beelink

I flashed the incorrect BIOS on my Beelink GTI14 Ultra 185h. I was wondering if you could send me a recovery BIOS that I could flash with a SPI programmer? I have a setup that can detect the chip I’m just not sure what I can flash to it.

I know you recommend sending it in but I’d like to try and recover it my self if it’s possible.

Serial number is B185HGG10035

Shipadge Do you remember the BIOS version you had before flashing the incorrect one? Even for the GTi14 185H model, there are multiple BIOS versions so we need to know your original version before flashing the incorrect BIOS to provide the correct BIOS file.

Beelink CS-Lynn Unfortunately I do not remember the original BIOS, this might be the reason it’s bricked.

Shipadge Please send us a photo of the serial number located on the bottom of the PC.
Additionally, please remove the back cover of the machine and take a photo of the motherboard for us. Our technicians will use the markings on the motherboard to determine which BIOS version should be provided to you.

Ok I’ve tried flashing this BIOS, it doesn’t seem like the system is booting still. I get no output from the HDMI cable.

I did notice that the system doesn’t auto-power on anymore, I have to press the button to power it on. Is there something I might be missing?

If the issue persists after reflashing the BIOS, please contact us at support-pc@bee-link.com with a photo of the serial number (SN) and purchase record, along with a description of the problem. Based on the serial number, your unit is still under warranty, and we will provide a replacement for you.
