Audio jack not working

Hello,
My audio jack quit working. I want to install the latest drivers, but I am not sure of my exact model number.

The sticker on the bottom says.

1、You can try to clear CMOS : Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

2、Please uninstall the audio driver in the device manager and install the new one.

I removed the device. Now the device only shows up in device manger when I plug into the jack. If I unplug from the jack it disappears. I updated the driver and it still doesn’t work. I am not sure what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Edited to add. There seem to other driver issues with this machine. The USB 3.0 ports are having problems with a SS drive. BT is also experiencing intermittent issues. Is there a Bios flash available for this machine? Thanks.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Could you please tell me if you have ever tried to clear the CMOS on the machine?

affirmegghead I use my PC with my home TV. As a workaround I am sending audio out over the HDMI. Then audio out of my TV into my sound system. It’s a bit messy with all the different volume controls down the signal path. My BT driver has been acting up. Sometimes BT is removed from DM and I have to restart to add it back.

Beelink CS-June I think I did something bad. Real bad. I got to this screen. I wasn’t sure how to get out of it I hit F then
enter. Now the computer is gone. It won’t boot up at all. Did I ruin my computer?

Edited to add. I cleared the CMOS still nothing. Power light comes on and that’s it. I feel like an idiot.

When your machine displays the warning page you provided while updating the BIOS, you should select “Press E”.

Could you please tell me when you purchased your machine?

Also, would you be willing and have the technical skills to try using the programmer to reflash the BIOS to see if it can solve the problem?

Based on the purchase date you provided, your machine is no longer within the warranty period.

If you are unable to solve the problem by yourself by using the programmer to update the BIOS, it is recommended that you bring your machine to the local repair shop near you for repair.

Took the machine to an expert. Turns out the DC power rail was fried. He said he doesn’t see how I could have done it. It failed. Thankfully it didn’t destroy my SSD or RAM. The machine has only been in service for 3 years, and it happened right after the warranty expired. I have been having problems with it for a while. Little glitches here and there. Then the front panel audio jack just stopped working. That is why I decided to flash the BIOS which I screwed up. I won’t be purchasing another Beelink machine.
