Display port

Hello there.

I bougth a SER5 Max AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS. The port HDMI-HDMI monitor is ok, but the display port to hdmi monitor doesn´t work. Is there any suggestion to solve the problem?
Btw: i´m from Brazil, forgive any mistakes.

Here are some solutions:

1、If the DP port is 1.4 Version, please buy an active DP1.4 to HDMI 2.1 cable , the active cable is more compatible , here is the reference ：https://a.co/d/dQPFCna

2、You can try to clear CMOS : Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinholefor about 10 seconds.

Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

3、Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one.
