We understand your issue. The Event ID 3116 error occurs because the microcode built into this 2021 BIOS (IB1V102) is incompatible with the HVCI / Memory Integrity verification requirements of newer Win11 24H2/25H2 updates.
Please kindly note that the N24 / SEi10V3 platform has reached its end of life. We will not release any new BIOS updates for this model, and IB1V102 is the final BIOS version.
We have 3 options for you to try:
- Recommended solution: Keep Memory Integrity disabled. HVCI is an optional Windows security feature, not mandatory. You can still keep your PC protected by turning on Windows Defender real-time protection, SmartScreen and Smart App Control.
- Try Windows update: Run Windows Update to install the latest Intel microcode patches. This may resolve the incompatibility, but there is no guarantee it will work.
- Long-term option: Consider upgrading to our newer Beelink mini PCs such as EQi12, EQi13 or SER9. These new platforms come with updated BIOS and microcode and fully support Memory Integrity.
We do not recommend rolling back to older Win11 versions, as those old releases have stopped receiving security updates.
