GTi13 freezes with an external GPU: which BIOS should I upgrade to?

Hello Beelink support,

My setup is GTi13 (i9-13900HK), original EX dock (not Pro, PCIe x8), ZOTAC RTX 3080, 32 GB RAM, Windows 11 25H2, and NVIDIA driver 616.92.

Current BIOS: GTi12T201 (09/11/2024).
PC serial number (SN): C13905FG00536.

Recently, the PC froze once on the lock screen and twice within a single Counter-Strike match. Caps Lock/Num Lock indicators stopped responding, requiring a long press of the power button. Logs show Kernel-Power 41 (BugcheckCode 0), with no clear WHEA or display-driver error found. An earlier ₁₀-minute GPU stress test and gaming had been fine.

I always power on the dock before the PC. I changed only PCIe Root Port 2 speed from Auto to Gen3. No further issues so far, with apparently similar FPS.

Could you please confirm:

Which BIOS should this unit use? Can T201 update directly to T204/T206?
Is a matching Intel ME update required?
Does a newer BIOS fix this type of PCIe-dock freeze? After updating, should I use Gen3 or Gen4?

A BIOS update is available. Please provide the following information so we can verify the details and send you the appropriate BIOS file.
Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check your current BIOS version.
We will send you the corresponding BIOS link and tutorial after we confirm your current version.

There is no need to flash the ME firmware manually; if an update is available, it is typically integrated into the BIOS file and updated alongside the BIOS.

After the upgrade, please test the system using the default BIOS settings to check for any issues; if the system runs without problems, you can simply continue using the default settings.
