The SER 5 MAX Ryzen 7 mini pc I had bought in Nov-2026 on Amazon stopped working last week. When I turn the power on the power LED remains ON, the fan starts spinning at a constant speed, but there is not display at all also keyboard does not light up.
I have already tried below things but no luck
1) CMOS Reset
2) A different power supply with same power rating
3) Using different ports DP, HDMI, USB to HDMI adapter
4) Tried with different keyboards (wired and Bluetooth)
There is no way to determine if it’s entering BIOS ( I tried pressing DEL, F7) but I guess mute point because keyboard is not active.
