Beelink SER9 PRO Error 87

Hello.
Sorry for my english.
I’ve just bought an your Mini PC Beelink Ser9 Pro with AMD Ryzen R7 H255 and radeon 780M.
But whern I try to use Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve I see this error (Error 87).

The Version/Data Bios is:
American Megarrends International, LLC.
SER9T501, 24/12/2025

Can you help me urgently please?
I need to work.

Timothy Sorry for the late reply.This Error 87 is caused by graphics driver incompatibility, your mini PC hardware is fine. The Radeon 780M works well with DaVinci Resolve 21, please follow these steps one by one:

Please reinstall the driver we provided: https://url.bee-link.cn/wm58.
Please select Fully Reset during installation, as Windows Update may have installed a stripped driver version.
If the error persists after reinstalling the driver, install Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime (June 2010) from Microsoft official website to supplement the required old d3dx files for Resolve.
If the problem still exists, disable HAGS: Go to Settings > System > Display > Graphics > Change default graphics settings, turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling, then restart your PC and test again.

A reminder: DaVinci Resolve 21 requires plenty of RAM and video memory. We recommend reserving more than 100GB free space on your system SSD.

I’ve already resolve it with the AMD control Center..The progran had fid the driver on internet and intall them.
Late everything was ok!
Maybe this probkem is becouse I bought the pc in AMazon, it is a second hand pc…and I think they format it, also, the pc missed the graphic card drivers.
