ser 9 max ai 7 H 350 sound problem

In my new ser 9 max ai 7 H 350 I cannot hear the sound. I see “2 - E2250 (3 - AMD High Definition Audio Device)” and “Speakers (3 - Realtek® Audio)” but can hear none of them. Volume is at max, and there are no warnings in device administrator. I’ve seen the drivers in https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER%2FDriver%2FSER9-MAX but I cannot install any new version. What’s wrong?

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

You can try to clear CMOS : Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds.

Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
