Hello Beelink Support and community,
I need help with a mini PC whose firmware reports AZW / SEi, with Intel Core i9-13900HK and Intel Iris Xe Graphics. Its specifications appear to match the SEi13 Pro, but the full retail model has not yet been confirmed from the chassis label. BIOS: SELP302. OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2, build 26200.
Setup:
- TV 1: PC DisplayPort output to TV HDMI input, using a Vention HFOBI 3 m cable.
- TV 2: PC HDMI output to TV HDMI input. This works.
- Goal: TV 1 alone by default after startup, with TV 2 duplicated manually when needed.
Problem:
Windows detects only TV 2 on the native HDMI output. TV 1 on DP-to-HDMI is not detected. The new cable worked in a test with another display, although the source used in that test has not been established here. An earlier HDMI cable plus DP-to-HDMI adapter also failed in this setup. Wireless casting to TV 1 works, but we need the wired connection.
Tests completed:
- Windows Extend mode and hardware detection.
- Restarted the Intel graphics device successfully.
- Updated Intel graphics driver from 32.0.101.7088 to 32.0.101.7092 WHQL. Installation succeeded; Windows confirms the new version without a device error.
- Rebooted: the problem persists. TV 1 displays a message asking to check the connected device’s power on HDMI 1.
- A boot test with only the DP-connected TV has been suggested but its result has not yet been confirmed.
Questions:
- Does the SEi13 Pro i9-13900HK / SELP302 platform support DP++ (Dual Mode) and passive DP-to-HDMI cables, or is an active converter required?
- Is there a known issue with DP-to-HDMI detection or simultaneous HDMI and DP-to-HDMI output on this model?
- Which OEM graphics driver or BIOS version is recommended for this symptom? Please provide official links and model/revision requirements.
- What test distinguishes conversion compatibility from a faulty DP port? Is there a relevant BIOS setting?
- Once detection works, how can we retain the DP-connected TV as the default Windows display, and is pre-Windows boot display priority configurable?
We have not confirmed whether the Vention HFOBI is active or passive. We would like to establish the computer’s requirements before buying another adapter. Thank you.
