Hi, There
Here are some potential solutions:
CLR CMOS(Please make sure you unplug all the cables before doing it)
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the “CLR CMOS” button/hole for about 10 seconds.
For some models the CMOS hole could be in the Audio port .
Ten minutes later, Plug the power supply and HDMI cable, Turn on the PC again,
Once turn on the PC, You will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works. Please try few more times.
If the problem persists, Please try other solutions:
( With onboard RAM , Please skip the RAM solutions)
①Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.
②Please take out the RAM ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/XqZX0TIR#_DtO2oa4aRP4bWtvxgKLj4QGhBpQ959cg5U3Yw4u1Cc or https://mega.nz/file/7nwDmCaL#UyzSmVkqJG8HW9dhjHhLkkzdP9gt2Br3xyCG1SCdbrA
③ Please leave only one RAM inside. See if working.
When testing, please turn on the PC, And wait about one minute. Please try each RAM .
④May I know if the power button and keyboard light is on and the fan spins?
please try to unplug the SSD and use one ram inside .
See if you can go to BIOS.
