SER9 - Windows 11

Hello,
Can I create a Windows 11 installation usb via Windows Media Creation Tool (from MS website), install this official Windows on SER9 and use my own purchased licence key? Does the SER9 contain an TPM 2.0 (or higher version)? I’m aware, that in this case, I will lose the licence from You, but I’m OK with that.
