Don’t worry, the PC has one-year warranty. Please send us a picture of the purchase record. Here are some potential solutions: First, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. ①Please change another HDMI cable or power supply.

③ Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

④Please check if the fan spins?

⑤Please tell us if the Keyboard light is on ?(Very important). If the keyboard light is on, it should go to the system, we need to troubleshoot HDMI or the monitor.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Hello, I need some help. I think my BIOS might be bricked.

The issue
When I power on the mini PC, the Beelink boot screen does not appear. The monitor stays black, but with the backlight on. The PC power LED turns on and the fan spins, but the system does not start.

It only booted once — a blue screen flashed very quickly and then went black again, and I couldn’t do anything.

What I have already tested

Replaced the CMOS battery with a new one.

Tried booting without the SSD.

Tested a different RAM module:

Notebook RAM in the mini PC → did not work

Mini PC RAM in the notebook → worked normally

Tested another battery (from my notebook) in the mini PC → did not work

Mini PC battery in notebook → worked normally

Tested with another HDMI cable and another monitor → same result

Based on your tests, here are the remaining troubleshooting steps to help you further pinpoint the BIOS or hardware issue:

Perform a “complete CMOS reset” (different from simply replacing the battery): Turn off the computer and unplug the power cord. Press and hold the CMOS button (or insert a needle into the CMOS pinhole) for 30 seconds (more thorough than the usual 10 seconds). Check the keyboard indicator lights (a key point): After powering on, observe whether the indicator lights on the external keyboard (such as the Caps Lock key and Num Lock key) are lit.

If the light is on: This indicates that the motherboard and CPU have started normally, and the problem is most likely in the display output link (not a bricked BIOS).

If the light is off: Further investigation is needed to check the motherboard power supply or underlying BIOS issues.

Clean the memory contacts + test a single module (detailed operation):Remove all memory modules, repeatedly wipe the gold contacts with an eraser (to remove the oxide layer), then reinsert a single memory module (try a different slot), and test if there is any response upon powering on.
Observe the fan status: Does the fan continuously rotate after powering on, and is the speed normal?
