SER 5 - 5800H Problem with HDMI output

Hi, I bought a SER 5 PRO - 5800H. It came with a HDMI and a DP output. When connecting my monitor to the HDMI port the screen stays black. I checked the bios and changed AMI Graphic Output Protocol Policy to HDMI. As soon as I do that the screen goes black. The only way to connect a monitor is using de DP output. Can that be solved so I can use the hdmi output. Bios version is 2.22.1292
Can you also point me to the location where I can find drivers and bios upgrade?

Hello, pls try to update the graphic driver. or you could just go to AMD website to get the latest driver , thanks

For the bios, pls send us a picture of the sn code on the bottom of the machine and a picture of your bios’ main page, then we could send you the bios accordingly.
