There is a 50/50 chance that if you purchase an SER7 it will have Radeon graphics issues and Wi-Fi issues and there’s no work around or driver or anything you can do to solve it. You can also expect the same issue with Wi-Fi with the SER8. Review after review after review reveals that both these units are defective about 50% of the time. I purchased an scr7 back in March one of the best little PCS I’ve ever purchased. Purchased two more this month and had to return them both. I have purchased close to 30 SER5 and SER6 Max without any incidents with any of the units and I was very very pleased. I’m now looking at other Mini PC companies because Bee-link has failed to control the quality control of these units and they’re charging a premium for them.
My recommendation is purchase at your own risk until BEE-Link acknowledges that this is an issue and takes corrective action. So far they have refused to acknowledge that there’s any issue with their units although the evidence States otherwise. If you do decide to purchase an SER7 or an SER8 there’s a better than even chance you’re going to receive a defective product.
