I recently reset my Beelink Mini PC, and now my Windows 11 is no longer activated. Could you please advise on how I can retrieve the Windows 11 product key, or suggest a method to reactivate Windows on my Beelink Mini PC? We purchased this PC via Amazon, and I have attached the invoice (in the email) for your reference.
Additionally, I sent an email to pc-support@bee-link.com requesting the Windows 11 product key for the Beelink GTR5 Mini PC. Unfortunately, I did not receive any automatic confirmation of receipt nor a response to my query. Is it standard practice not to receive confirmation for support emails at BeeLink?
Could you please confirm if my previous email was received and provide an estimated timeframe for a response?
