I am using SER9 and unable to connect to the internet with wifi. I am within 2 metres from the router and the wifi signal is full.

When connect to my wifi it is showing “No internet, secured”. I can confirm the wifi is working on my other devices like phone/other laptop.

    Sorry for the trouble. . Here are some potential solutions:

    1. Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters. 
    2. Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works. 
    3. Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other toubleshooters— internet—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically. 
      4.Please update the driver.
    4. Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel wifi driver, —advanced–choose property 802 ac, value also choose 802 ax
      6.Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
