Hi there,
May I have a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC ?
1.Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page of the BIOS, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
2.Try a different USB keyboard
There’s a possibility that the keyboard you’re using is not being recognized properly during the boot process. Try a different USB keyboard and see if the Delete or F7 keys work as expected.
Check for physical damage or loose connections
Open the computer case (if it’s a desktop) and check if there are any loose cables, especially those related to the motherboard such as the power button cable, front panel USB cables (in case they’re interfering with the keyboard detection), and the CMOS battery connection. Make sure the CMOS battery is properly seated. If it’s a laptop, it’s a bit more difficult to check for internal loose connections, but you can still ensure that all external ports and cables are in good condition.
Use a bootable diagnostic tool
Create a bootable USB drive with a diagnostic utility such as MemTest86+ (for memory testing) or a general hardware diagnostic tool provided by the computer manufacturer. Boot from this USB drive and see if it works.
