SER8 System Temperature in BIOS

Just purchased the SER8 and when I look in the Bios the system temperature is 11 degrees celcius. I asked Beelink support and was told that this was normal. 11 degrees celcius is pretty cold and much colder than my room temperature which leads me to believe that either the sensor is not activated yet or defective.
Can anyone with a similar system verify what the temperature looks like in the bios? Attached is an image.

Hello there，

It is recommended that you use software tests, such as AIDA64 or CPU Z.

Check whether the result is the same as that displayed on the BIOS interface.

Attached are the temperatures reported by CPU Z and Bios:
CPU Z:

TZ1 = 20
TMPIN0 = 35
TMPIN1 = 15
TMPIN2 = 35

BIOS:

CPU Temp = 35
System Temp1 = 14
System Temp2 = 14

The system temperature of 14 is definitely incorrect. My room temperature is 27 degrees so how can the system temperature be that low?

It’s right that the system temperature is that low. We’ve already verified the problem with the technicians.

The PC has very efficient cooling and is in a low-power state such as standby or idle, it’s possible for the Vapor Chamber to reach such a low temperature. Additionally, if the components generating heat are not being actively used, the cooling system could bring the temperature down significantly.

We have tested other SER8s and found that the system temperature is also this low.

So the stability of the system has nothing to do with the temperature of the room.
