Beelink S12 Pro Mini PC RAM upgrade

Hello,

I have a Beelink S12 Pro Mini PC w/ 8GB DDR4 RAM

I want to upgrade the RAM. I am used to going to Crucial and doing the scan and purchasing the correct item, which I think is especially important on such a compact device.

However, from the Crucial scan I got:

System scan results
RAM & SSD Upgrades Scan ID: A79F900631D926C3
Well, this is embarrassing! No system match was found.

Well, that is embarrassing! Can I acquire RAM that I can install myself?

When I purchased, I noted on the product page “It supports upgrading the RAM to a maximum of 64GB”, so I am looking to go to 64GB.

I am looking for pointers on acquiring the correct RAM for my model and any installation tips.

This item model only support MAX 16GB.
So you can buy one 16GB DDR4 RAM with 3200MHZ
