Hi there,
Please check the BIOS in your private message.
The latest BIOS allows the PC to auto power on after power outage.
If you install Gen4 SSD, the performance is the same as the GEN 3 SSD, it is the limitation of the motherboard , it cannot be changed in the BIOS.
