I need the specific driver for he Universal Serial Bus controller for the SER6 Pro. The one provided in your zip file does not work. Furthermore, I have done the troubleshooting steps you had provided, but have had no success. I have done a PCI lookup for this device and it’s telling me it is for a Rembrandt USB4/Thunderbolt NHI controller #1. This is probably the front USB-C in my SER6 Pro, but your driver is incompatible with Windows 10.
