My computer has crashed

Yesterday I was factory resetting my computer, the process started all correctly until suddenly I got a message and a blue screen (I didn’t get to read the message, it was very fast), since then the computer restarts and gets stuck at the beelink logo, over and over again, I can only access the bios normally.

The computer has always worked correctly but I have really needed to factory reset.

I hope you can help me with this problem

Hello there,
could you try to reset the PC as the below steps?
Pease try to do the reset the PC.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot – Advanced Option —Uninstall updates–uninstall latest quality update–restart the PC

I tried too many things to fix it, the only solution that worked was to install a Linux distro, I couldn’t do it with Windows. Apparently the Windows files were corrupted, obviously the whole Windows partition was lost.

Could you help me with the windows activation code that came with my computer?

Also could you help me with the files and the tutorial to update the BIOS ?

I would appreciate it, I remain attentive to your comments. 🙏
