Linux - SER PRO 5800H

After installing Linux Ubuntu 24.04 the sound card and the wifi card were not recognized. The internet connection was only possible using cable and the sound was no longer played. Is there any other Linux distribution that I can install? The computer is a SER PRO 5800H.

I have the same problem with wifi not recognized by Ubuntu 25.04. I will try to reseat the M.2 card, and power cycle as mentioned in another thread. However, I would like to explore more about this problem & the link to the tutorial does not resolve.

Beelink CS, a you recheck the URL to the tutorial and let me know how to access?

The problem (in my case) was fixed by two steps:

uploading the correct Intel Blob (iwlwifi-cc-a0-77.ucode), which is hard to find in many repos. However, Cirrus Logic has it: sudo wget -O /lib/firmware/iwlwifi-cc-a0-77.ucode https://github.com/CirrusLogic/linux-firmware/raw/main/iwlwifi-cc-a0-77.ucode… it still did not work, but the driver loaded finally, and it looked like a hardware problem now because all the failure modes suggested it was not software, or drivers, but hardware.
Following another thread on the Beelink Forum, it was recommended that sometimes the card becomes loose, and one should reseat it. I unplugged everything, took the case apart from the bottom after removing 4 rubber screw covers in the corner and removing and reinstalling the AX200 wifi module.

It works now! Yea!!!
