SER6-MAX Audio very low level

SER6-MAX has very low sound output to the front and rear jacks.

Is there an update to the audio driver that might fix this issue? If so: Where is it?

hello, May I have a picture of the sn code on the bottom of the machine ？Then we could send you the driver accordingly.
Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of “CLR CMOS” with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. thanks for your effort.
